Pelvic Floor Check

In this session, we assess the condition of your pelvic floor. Through manual examination and ultrasound, you will learn how your muscles are functioning and where there is room for improvement. This check forms the basis for your targeted treatment or further training.

Specialised Pelvic Floor Therapy

If your pelvic floor check shows a need for treatment, or if you already have a medical diagnosis, we work with you over two to three intensive sessions, focused specifically on your symptoms. Through personalized exercises and manual therapy, we improve the function of your pelvic floor and strengthen your core in a lasting way.

Pessary Consultation

In the pessary consultation, we help you find the right pessary fit and show you how to insert and wear it safely and comfortably. We answer your questions about use, care and handling, and support you in feeling confident with your pessary in everyday life.

Therapy during pregnancy

Physiotherapy in pregnancy helps you reduce discomfort and stay stable, mobile and resilient. We assess your posture, breathing and pelvic floor function and give you safe, individually tailored exercises that strengthen your core and prepare you for birth and postpartum.

Diastasis recti therapy

After pregnancy, diastasis recti can occur, a separation of the rectus abdominis muscles. In targeted sessions we assess your abdominal wall and show you exercises that bring the muscles back together and strengthen them. This strengthens your core and helps you regain strength and balance in the long term.

Endometriosis

Chronic pain in the pelvic and abdominal area, such as with endometriosis, can weigh heavily on daily life. Physiotherapy does not address the underlying cause, but it offers valuable support, easing pain and improving the function of the bladder, bowel and sexual health.
