Eva Ekamb(she/her)

DE/EN

Physiotherapist | CANTIENICA® Trainer

Eva was born and raised in Kreuzberg and found her calling during her first training as a physiotherapist. The CANTIENICA® training complemented this foundation and expanded her scope to include targeted pelvic floor work. Today she supports women in improving their posture and (re)developing trust in their bodies.

With targeted pelvic floor training and body awareness coaching, she supports women on the path to a stable core that often not only carries them physically, but also strengthens their self-confidence.

Eva's physiotherapeutic expertise in pelvic health and the principles of CANTIENICA® training shape her work, both in classes and in treatment. Precise perception, functional alignment and conscious activation of the pelvic floor are at the centre. The goal is to strengthen women sustainably – physically and mentally – and give them tools that help them feel stable, flexible and perhaps even lighter.

The most beautiful moments for Eva are when women share their aha moments and noticeable changes in everyday life. When posture reorganises itself, pain subsides and the body is experienced as powerful and reliable again, women realise that lasting change is possible.
