What I offer at unë
Individual Consultation for (Peri)Menopause — for Orientation and Relief
When your body starts to feel out of balance during perimenopause, you might notice it first in your sleep: it becomes restless, stress sits deeper, energy fluctuates, your head feels foggy, and your cycle goes haywire. You feel like you are constantly reacting instead of truly steering. The longer this goes on, the more uncertain you become about what actually helps you feel better.
This is exactly where the consultation comes in: focusing on your individual symptoms and built around a concept of stress management, sleep, movement, and nutrition, as well as hormones, nutrients, and plant power. Individual, understandable, and practical.
Afterwards, you will have clarity about your most important levers. You will know exactly what truly relieves you, and you can continue on your path with more certainty and self-confidence.
Strength Training in Perimenopause
Targeted strength training with (body) weight supports your body during perimenopause. You strengthen muscles, bones, and pelvic floor, improve your resilience, and train at your own pace.
The course is designed for everyone over 40 who feels less resilient or more unstable due to hormonal changes. In a supportive group, you receive clear guidance and professional support.
It is not about performance, but about feeling more stable, stronger, and more comfortable. Getting started works whether you are new, returning, or building a routine.

Erfahrungen aus dem Kurs
"I can only recommend Dagmar's strength training. Finally a health course that isn't too lax but still works for people with back problems. In courses at fitness studios, I often ended up in pain afterward, and prevention trainings that focused more on mobilization mostly didn't do much for me. After 3 sessions with Dagmar, I feel significantly more pain-free and fit!"
"Thanks again for the wonderful course. I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed it and how quickly it had a positive effect on my body awareness. And I really appreciate the valuable tips and links you shared. (Already made an appointment with the gyn :) I was able to fully open up to everything thanks to the way you approach it."
"I want to thank you for all your energy and positive presence, which motivated me to look at myself and this phase of my life with more sensitivity, and to shape my everyday life with more strength and body awareness."
"Noticing week by week that the exercises get easier and my own strength keeps growing is such a great feeling. Sore muscles included in the beginning, but I left every session feeling stronger -absolute empowerment!"
