As a physiotherapist, osteopath, Pilates instructor, artist, sex counsellor in training and mother of one child, I bring these perspectives together in a systemic, emotion-focused and body-oriented approach.
Most of my experience comes from many years in physiotherapy, in the fields of gynaecology and oncology. For the past three years, I have also been accompanying people after birth through the postpartum period, as a doula and beyond, with a focus on their own sexuality.
My role is that of a mediator between a person and their own sexuality, and likewise between the people in a relationship, whatever relationship model they live, whether as a couple or with several people.
This is a space in German and English for FLINTA people* to talk about their own topics in trust and at their own pace, in a way that is queer-sensitive, neurodivergence-affirming and discrimination-sensitive.
My Offerings
Sexual and Relationship Counselling
What I offer is a space to listen and to sort through and explore together your thoughts, worries, fears and experiences around your sexuality and sexual health. In doing so, I work with a combination of systemic, emotion-focused and body-oriented approaches.
The field is broad. Difficulties, injuries and changes in one's own sexuality, sex life and desire can look very different. It often begins with the shame of talking about sex at all. Then it is about topics like desire and lack of desire, pain or fantasy and needs.

Most of my experience lies in accompanying people with a uterus. Still, all FLINTA people* are welcome here, whether nonbinary, inter, trans or agender, including for example after gender-affirming surgery. You can come alone or together with your relationship partners, even if you have different needs.
